By accessing or using the Furnished.LA website ("Site") or booking any furnished apartment or corporate housing unit through Furnished.LA ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
Furnished.LA is operated in Los Angeles, California. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Furnished.LA.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By booking a furnished apartment, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Furnished.LA provides premium furnished apartments and corporate housing in Los Angeles on a short-term and mid-term basis. Our services include:

All reservations are subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry through our Site does not guarantee a booking. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Furnished.LA and any required deposit has been received.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Rates may vary based on apartment location, unit size, season, and length of stay. Furnished.LA reserves the right to update pricing at any time, though confirmed reservations will be honored at the agreed-upon rate for the duration of the initial lease term.
Payment terms, including deposit amounts, monthly rent due dates, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your rental agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in your agreement.
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to move-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days of move-out, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid charges, or additional cleaning required, in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1950.5.
The minimum lease term is 30 days. Extensions are available on a month-to-month basis, subject to availability and with written notice as specified in your rental agreement.
Early termination of your lease may result in forfeiture of your security deposit and/or additional fees as outlined in your rental agreement. We encourage you to discuss any changes to your plans with our team as early as possible.
Cancellation policies vary by reservation type and will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in may be subject to partial or no refund.

Pet policies vary by property. Some apartments are pet-friendly with prior approval, and a pet deposit or additional monthly fee may apply. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges and/or termination of your lease. Please inquire about pet policies when booking.
You are responsible for any damage to the apartment, its furnishings, or common areas caused by you, your guests, or your pets during your stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Furnished.LA reserves the right to deduct repair or replacement costs from your security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, you will be invoiced for the difference.
Furnished.LA is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during your stay. We recommend that guests maintain renter's insurance for the duration of their tenancy.
Furnished.LA will maintain the apartment in good working condition and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. We reserve the right to enter the apartment for necessary repairs, inspections, or emergencies with reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours except in emergencies), in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1954.
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Furnished.LA and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furnished.LA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furnished.LA, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
Furnished.LA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
